The agreement between you and Yemcaster. Please read it — especially the parts about trading.

The agreement
These terms are a contract between you and Yemcaster (“we”, “us”), an independently operated online service. By creating an account or using yemcaster.com you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What Yemcaster is — and is not
Yemcaster is a news intelligence service. It gathers publicly available crypto news, uses AI to estimate how significant each item may be for the asset it concerns, and presents that estimate as a score with reasoning. It also offers optional tools — Telegram alerts, a daily report, and an auto-trading bot — built on those scores.
Yemcaster is not financial, investment, or trading advice. Nothing on this site is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. Scores are estimates of a news item’s likely significance, not predictions of price. Every trading decision, and every consequence of it, is yours alone. Read the Risk Disclaimer — it forms part of these terms.
Your account
- You must be at least 18 and legally able to use crypto-related services where you live.
- You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for everything done under your account.
- One account per person. Do not share access.
- Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
Membership and payment
- Some features require a paid membership. Prices are shown in the app before you pay.
- Payment is made in USDT on BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20) to the wallet address shown. You are responsible for sending the correct asset on the correct network; funds sent to the wrong network are usually unrecoverable and we cannot retrieve them.
- Membership activates once the transaction is confirmed on-chain. Time is added to your existing expiry, so paying early never costs you days.
- Over-payments and small under-payments are credited to a reserve balance on your account and applied to your next payment.
- Early-bird discounts apply while spots remain and lock the discounted rate for as long as your membership stays continuously active.

Free trial
New accounts may receive a free trial of a stated length. No payment is required to start it. When it ends, paid features stop until you subscribe. We may change or withdraw the trial offer for new signups at any time.
The Auto Trading Bot
If you enable the bot, you are instructing software to place orders on your own exchange account using API keys you provide, according to settings you choose. We never hold your funds.
You accept that: the bot acts on news scores which are estimates and can be wrong; exchanges can reject, delay, or partially fill orders; network or exchange outages can prevent stop-losses from executing; and paper-mode results exclude slippage and fees and will differ from live trading.
You are responsible for the permissions you grant your API keys. Never grant withdrawal permission. You can stop the bot, remove keys, or use the kill switch at any time.
Alerts and delivery
Telegram alerts, email, and in-app notifications are delivered on a best-effort basis. Third-party services can fail or delay. We do not guarantee that any alert will reach you, or reach you in time to act on it.
Affiliate programme
If you refer members, you may earn a commission on their payments at the rates shown in the app, settled monthly in USDT to the payout wallet you provide. Self-referral, fake accounts, misleading promotion, and claiming Yemcaster provides guaranteed returns will void commissions and may close your account. Affiliate terms in the app form part of this agreement.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape, resell, or redistribute signals or content; attempt to access other accounts or our systems; use the service for anything unlawful; or present Yemcaster’s output as your own advice to others.
Our content
The Yemcaster name, design, scoring system, and generated content are ours. Your membership grants you personal, non-transferable use. Headlines we display belong to their original publishers and are shown with attribution.
Availability and changes
We aim for continuous operation but do not guarantee uptime. We may change features, prices for new periods, or these terms. Material changes will be dated at the top of this page and, where practical, announced in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yemcaster is provided “as is”. We are not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, exchange or network failures, third-party service failures, or any indirect or consequential loss. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
Termination
You can stop using the service at any time; unused membership time is not refunded. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, with notice where practical.
Governing law and disputes
Yemcaster is an online service used from many countries. We will try to resolve any dispute directly and informally first — write to us and we will engage with it properly.
Where the law of your own country gives you rights that cannot be excluded, those rights apply in full and nothing in these terms limits them.
