Refund Policy

The short version

Why no refunds

Membership is paid in USDT on the blockchain. Once a transaction is confirmed, the funds have settled and the membership period has begun; access to the service is delivered immediately and in full. We cannot “un-deliver” the alerts, reports, and features you have already received, and on-chain transactions cannot be reversed by us.

Try before you pay

New accounts receive a free trial of a stated length with the paid features enabled. Use it to test the alerts, read the reports, run the bot in paper mode, and decide. If you do not subscribe, nothing is charged and your account simply drops to free access when the trial ends.

What we will put right

If something went wrong with the payment itself, we will fix it. That includes:

• A confirmed payment that did not activate your membership.
• A payment credited for the wrong plan length.
• A duplicate payment sent by mistake — the extra is credited to your reserve balance and applied to your next renewal, or returned on request.
• Any genuine error on our side.

In these cases, contact us with your transaction hash and we will resolve it, usually within one business day.

What we cannot help with

• Funds sent on the wrong network (for example ERC-20 or TRC-20 instead of BEP-20). These do not reach us and are usually unrecoverable. Please check the network before sending.
• Funds sent to the wrong address.
• Trading losses of any kind, whether from acting on a signal or from the auto-trading bot.
• Deciding after paying that you no longer want the service. The trial exists for this.

Cancelling

There is nothing to cancel — membership is paid per period, never auto-renewed. When your period ends, it ends. Unused days in a paid period are not refunded, but they are never lost: paying again before expiry adds time onto your existing date.

Consumer rights

If the law where you live gives you refund rights that cannot be excluded, those rights apply and this policy does not override them.
